By applying for membership in Greater San Francisco Ad Club and upon acceptance of my application, I agree to abide by its bylaws, support its objectives and interests and to pay such dues as may be established for its membership.

Membership Costs

Individual: $100 (10% Renewal Discount for 2010 = $90 if paid by 1/15/2010)
Corporate: $500 (for up to 6 members) $85 for each additional member
Student/Faculty: $30 (full-time students & faculty only)
Initiation Fee: $15 (one time only - per membership)
